Connect the existing context
Supported API access brings customer, ticket, inventory and attached-part information into 24Y. Source IDs are retained so records remain traceable.
24Y was developed alongside an operating RepairDesk setup. That experience shapes a practical approach to connecting data and moving workflows.

A native 24Y stock record and a RepairDesk source record are not competing masters. Migration mapping defines which system owns quantities, prices, customer records and ticket changes. Not every 24Y edit writes back to RepairDesk.
Reconcile record counts, balances, open repairs and stock. Test daily workflows and integrations, keep a backup and a rollback plan, then choose a controlled cutover.
The direction is native 24Y operations, not a permanent requirement to keep two systems. Independent-company migration and activation remain part of the early-access programme.
This is not an official RepairDesk product, endorsement or guarantee of one-click migration. RepairDesk API access, supported fields and account permissions must be checked for your store. Existing subscriptions and provider fees remain separate.
