Who handles the enquiry?
The 24Y project is operated through TechEdge Colwyn Bay. For questions about an enquiry or to request access, correction or deletion, call 01492 535 888 and ask for the 24Y website administrator. The contracting entity and full service terms will be supplied before any paid subscription is offered.
What we collect and why
The form stores your name, business name, work email, selected product, number of sites, current system and optional notes. We also record submission time, a request reference and the privacy-notice version. We use this to respond to the request and assess onboarding. Please do not enter customer records, passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Retention and access
Requests are stored on the 24Y server, outside the public website files, and accessed by authorised administrators. Unconverted requests are retained for up to 180 days, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. If you become a customer, separate service terms and a customer privacy notice will apply. Routine infrastructure backups may retain deleted records until those backups expire.
Technical data
The service temporarily uses your network address to limit abusive submissions. It is not saved with the enquiry. Hosting infrastructure may process technical connection data for security. This site does not install advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party fonts. Necessary browser storage holds a random submission reference to prevent duplicate requests.
Your choices
Submitting requests a response about 24Y; it does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. You can request access, correction or deletion using the contact above. Where UK data protection law applies, you can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
External sites
Links to providers and the existing 24Y application have their own privacy and access arrangements. This public form does not send your details to Stripe or create an account with any integration provider.
